Janet has been studying Yoga for 25 years. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher (C.Y.T.) and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-I.A.Y.T.) with over 2000 hours training in yoga anatomy, restorative and therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda and Reiki. She is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, a Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Consultant certified by the American Institute of Vedic Studies, and a Reiki Master Teacher in the Holy Fire lineage. She has degrees in religion, theological studies, and education and spirituality. She has pastored churches in the Chicago area, served as a chaplain in the U.S. Navy, and taught theology at the graduate level. Now she teaches so that all may be free in body, mind and spirit.

Victor is a Vedic teacher, yoga instructor and Buddhist meditation teacher. He has completed over 1000 hours of training in philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, restorative and therapeutic yoga. He is a Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Consultant certified by the American Institute of Vedic Studies and is also an Advanced Reiki Practitioner.
